The 'Flat Lid' Conversion

With most new designs, in any field there are problems, weak points, design imperfections etc. The Roll top container is no exception. With so many moving parts, the lids break, and are difficult and costly to replace. Lid lugs, essential for a secure lift, after a time become damaged, and subsequently damage the bin.

Container Restoration have a better idea. Instead of investing in a new unit with its potential new set of problems and large capital outlay, simply put the fault right with a low maintenance, quality, 'Flat Top' conversion. A simple modification that will provide years of service and is compatible with all existing waste vehicles.

Most makes of bin can be readily converted and parts always meet or exceed the required statutory standards.

The 'Phoenix' Conversion

The simple solutions are always the best. When the 'Pencil Lift' was superseded by the 'Eurolift', the result meant that the industry standard Paladin needed to be squeeze clamped to be lifted. Something it was not designed for. The emptying operation was noisy and the lifted unit was unstable.

The Industry says scrap existing stock and invest in the new square Paladin, such as the Chamberlain.

Container Restoration have a much better solution. A dual bolt on section that's compatible with the new generation of lifting equipment. The 'Phoenix' conversion provides total support to the unit throughout the emptying cycle. Noise levels are much reduced. This conversion has proved to be stronger than a Chamberlain and promises a longer life span.

All at a fraction of the cost of a new container.
